Early morning drive to Tyrna village, the starting point of the trek. Embark on a journey down 3,500+ steps to reach the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge in Nongriat. If energy permits, trek further to the mesmerizing Rainbow Falls. Immerse yourself in the turquoise lagoons. Overnight stay in a village homestay at Nongriat.
After breakfast, trek back up the steps to Tyrna village. It's a challenging climb but rewarded with fresh views of the valley. Return to Cherrapunji and relax. In the afternoon, visit the stunning Wah Kaba Falls and the legendary Dainthlen Falls. Overnight stay in Cherrapunji.
Drive toward Shillong. En route, stop at the Mawkdok Dympep Valley for ziplining (optional) and panoramic views. Visit the hidden gem 'Garden of Caves' near Laitryngew. Reach Shillong and check-in at the hotel. Evening at leisure at Police Bazar. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Explore the "Scotland of the East". Visit the Don Bosco Museum, Wards Lake, and Shillong Peak for a city view. Visit Elephant Falls in the afternoon. Spend your final evening shopping for local handicrafts and bamboo products. Overnight stay in Shillong.
After breakfast, check out and drive back to Guwahati. Transfer to the Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying the earthy fragrance and memories of the living bridges.
