Drive toward Pynursla and stop to see the local market life. Later, proceed to Mawlynnong, awarded as the "Cleanest Village in Asia." Take a walk through the village, visit the Riwai Living Root Bridge, and climb the sky-walk for a view of the Bangladesh plains. Overnight stay in Mawlynnong.
Head to Dawki to witness the transparent waters of the Umngot River. Enjoy a boat ride (optional) and visit the Indo-Bangladesh border at Tamabil. Later, drive back toward Shillong, stopping at the Laitlum Canyons for breathtaking views of the valley. Overnight stay in Shillong.
Explore the "Scotland of the East". Visit the Don Bosco Museum, Wards Lake, and the Cathedral of Mary Help of Christians. Spend the afternoon at the Elephant Falls. In the evening, explore the bustling Police Bazar for local handicrafts and street food. Overnight stay in Shillong.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Drive back to Guwahati. If time permits, visit the Kamakhya Temple. Transfer to the Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey.
