Itinerary
Arrive at Khajuraho Airport or Railway Station. Meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After freshening up, spend the evening exploring the local market near the Western Group of temples. Later, enjoy the fascinating Sound and Light Show (narrated by Amitabh Bachchan) which tells the story of the Chandela Kings. Overnight stay in Khajuraho.
Morning visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site - the Western Group of Temples, including the Kandariya Mahadev, Lakshmana, and Vishvanath temples. Later, visit the Eastern Group including the Parsvanath Jain Temple. After lunch, drive to Panna (approx. 30 km). Check-in at the jungle resort and enjoy the serene evening by the Ken River. Overnight stay in Panna.
Start early with a morning jungle safari in an open jeep at Panna National Park. Spot tigers, leopards, sloth bears, and various deer species. Return to the resort for breakfast. In the afternoon, visit the scenic Pandav Falls, a 100-foot waterfall where the Pandava brothers are believed to have stayed during their exile. Explore the natural caves near the falls. Overnight stay in Panna.
After a relaxed breakfast, check out from the resort and drive back to Khajuraho. Transfer to the Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying the memories of the magnificent carvings and wild jungle trails.
